Connected care.
Clear insight.
Confident decisions.
Whzan is a trusted digital health partner supporting carers, clinicians and care providers to deliver safer, data-informed care in the place people call home.
Our solutions bring structured health checks, remote activity monitoring and shared insight together, helping teams feel confident, connected and supported as care continues beyond hospital walls.
Who We are
Whzan was founded in 2011 with a simple belief: people should be able to live safely and independently for as long as possible, in the place that feels most like home.
As health and care services evolve, more support is being delivered in homes, communities and care settings rather than hospitals. That shift requires clearer information, stronger coordination and greater confidence for the people delivering care.
We work at the intersection of healthcare, social care and digital technology, creating practical solutions that fit naturally into everyday care. Our focus is not just on technology, but on supporting the people who use it.
From local care providers to NHS services and integrated care systems, we partner with organisations of all sizes to strengthen connected care.
Our Purpose
We believe that better information supports better decisions.
By helping carers, clinicians and care teams understand change earlier and share information more clearly, we support safer care and more confident judgement.
Everything we build is designed to make care simpler, clearer and more connected — so people can experience a better quality of life for longer.
Our Values
People first
We design technology that supports the people delivering and receiving care.
Evidence-informed
We use structured approaches and recognised frameworks to support informed decisions.
Transparent and trusted
We communicate clearly and work openly with our partners.
Collaborative
We believe care is stronger when organisations and teams work together.
Our Team
